Through 13 years in digital production—leading projects for clients like Google, Nike, and YouTube before scaling a startup agency through growth and B-Corp certification—she saw that sustainable operations weren't about perfect systems, they're about honest ones. She started Praxis Makes to help companies build infrastructure that actually works for both businesses and people.
